Southern California Chapter Terms and Conditions
a) Be Respectful: You must refrain from the use of foul, hateful, or disrespectful language at any time in any listing or posting.
b) Email Notices: You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as necessary for the Southern California Chapter to communicate with you from time to time regarding services. You agree to accept emails from the Southern California Chapter at the e-mail address provided on your membership application.
c) Limitation on Hate Speech: The Southern California Chapter reserves the right to refuse site access to individuals involved in hate or violent speech or violent actions.
d) Solicitation: You may not use the Southern California Chapter or any information found on our site to sell any product or solicit users for any other service.
e) Donation Refund Policy: If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to the Southern California Chapter, we will honor your request for a refund made within 10 business days of your donation. To request a refund, call 951-775-2561. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
